Menopause is a natural biological phase that signifies the end of the menstrual cycle in a woman’s life. Menopause happens in your early 50s i.e., 40 to 50 years where the age differs from women to women with respect to their bodily conditions. One is said to have experienced menopause when they have gone 12 months without facing menstruation.
The menstruation cycle has been regulating right from our puberty, non-stop. As we age, the reproductive cycle within women also ages, preparing itself to stop after a certain point. That is why one should not feel bothered by menopause as it is a very natural biological process and is experienced by all women on this earth. But the problem here is the bodily issues that occur along with menopause.
Some of these are
- Irregular periods
- Hot flashes
- Chills
- Night sweats
- Sleep problems
- Vaginal dryness
- Mood changes
- Weight gain and slowed metabolism
- Thinning hair and dry skin
- Loss of breast fullness
Only irregular periods are the fixed sign; the rest of these above-mentioned symptoms differ from women to women.
