The EROS Clinic was founded in response to a critical gap in India’s medical landscape — the lack of structured, evidence-based training in sexual medicine. In many cases, issues related to sexual health are fragmented across specialties: gynecologists, urologists, psychiatrists, dermatologists, and general physicians often manage these conditions in isolation, leading to inconsistent or incomplete care.
Established by a trained endocrinologist with advanced qualifications in sexual medicine from the European Society of Sexual Medicine, the EROS Clinic offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to sexual health.

Dr. S. Ramkumar – Hormone & Sexual Medicine Specialist
Dr. S. Ramkumar consults at The EROS Clinic, integrated with his primary practice at Dr. Ram’s Diabetes & Endocrine Clinic, offering dedicated care in male hormonal health and sexual medicine.
He holds advanced training in endocrinology, having completed his DNB in Endocrinology from the prestigious National Board of Examinations (NBE), and received his foundational medical training from AIIMS, one of India’s premier institutes. Dr. Ramkumar is a recognized hormone specialist with deep expertise in managing complex endocrine and andrological conditions.
His clinical focus includes:
- Male hypogonadism
- Erectile dysfunction (ED)
- Premature ejaculation (PE)
- Other forms of male sexual dysfunction
Dr. Ramkumar brings global expertise to his practice. He is Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM), a certification awarded after extensive training through the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM). Additionally, he holds a certification in sexual medicine from JSS Medical College, enhancing his understanding of psychosexual and biopsychosocial components of care.
