Sex might come across as an alien term for those who have never had an intercourse. Though sex is a term known to all, not everyone may have experience it. Consequently, the first time they indulge in an intercourse they tend to be a little overwhelmed with the process. One may find the touch uncomfortable, while the other may not get turned on by the touch. In such situations, doctors suggest the couple go for Sensate Focus Therapy.
This therapy involves two completely different terms – touching and being touched. The main aim is to bring intimacy and trust between the couple as they do the exercises together and most importantly make the men and the women comfortable about their own body parts and the emotions one may experience when being touched by their partner.
The exercises are divided into different stages which are explained clearly by Dr. S. Ramkumar.
